Katie began her journey with Pillar in September of 2013 breaking out of the suffocating Corporate America culture she contended with for 10+ years. Curiosity, passion, and an intrinsic need to create and / or drive value fuel the cadence of her effort. A primary interest is in understanding business needs and desires, coupling that with observation to better be able to promote actualized value.
During off hours she spends the majority of her time with husband Paul and their two daughters, Bella (7) and Tessa (5) who keep life interesting, inquisitive, and simply put - a lot of fun. Other interests include reading, writing and most of all music, something she views as critical to her being as a heartbeat.
