Retro on the Spot and Beyond!

Team retrospectives typically happen once a sprint to help shed light on areas for improvement. However, sometimes the team has a daunting area or several to tackle and making progress to positive change can be slow. This session will explore how we can keep our retrospection hat on throughout the sprint to create even shorter feedback cycles. We’ll look at ways to make ongoing micro changes toward a much larger improvement area.

Additionally, we’ll talk about different ways to keep your retrospectives engaging and focused on their purpose - continuous improvement. You’ll leave with resources for your retrospectives and we’ll even put one of the tools into practice during the session to retro PillarCon.
