The goal of this conversation will be to review experience(s) and learnings (both mine and others) serving as an internal product owner for a Pillar team. This breakout will discuss:
- What the PO can and should do as a member of a Pillar team.
- The relationship(s)/responsibilities a PO has within the team and key roles (DL, Tech Lead, Artisan, DX).
- Thoughts on the PO can build trust with with the client stakeholder
- Suggestions on how the PO can make meaningful decisions for the project that both the Pillar team and client can trust
- Some lessons learned from failing fast / forward
